Desirae Sayers | Co-Director: Administration & Finance
Desirae (Dez) began her role as Co-Director in May 2025 after being our Administrative Assistant for 15 years. She works together with the other Co-Director to carry out the vision and mission of the ministry. Dez specifically oversees all administrative aspects of the camp, along with managing the finances. Dez has a degree in Business Administration from Geneva College, enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two nephews, and enjoys volunteering at her church as a worship leader and kid’s ministry volunteer.

Ashley Trimmer | Co-Director: Programming & Facilities
Ashley (Trim) moved into a Co-Director role with the camp in May 2025 and works together with the other Co-Director to carry out the vision and mission of the ministry. She is specifically in charge of overseeing all aspects of Programming and Facilities. Prior to being Co-Director Ashley held various positions with the camp, mainly being the Program Director for 8 years after first joining the staff as a SMT member in 2009. She has a Youth Ministry degree from Lancaster Bible College, a heart for kids and youth, and enjoys working at the local Boys & Girls Club during her free time.

David Sarokon | Maintenance Manager
David (Mit) served on the Summer Missions Team from 2015-2019. He joined the full-time staff in March 2023. He is in charge of the day-to-day maintenance around camp in and out of season, helping to ensure facilities run efficiently so all other areas of ministry can happen!
Mit is married to Anika, and enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and helping with the youth group at his church.

Justin Thornhill | Program Manager & Support
Justin served on our Summer Missions Team for three years prior to joining the full-time staff in August of 2024. As Program Manager he assists in running the programming for camps as well as providing support in our maintenance department and other areas. He currently is going to college to get his Associates degree in Liberal Arts AA. He has a heart for ministry, is an extrovert, and enjoys helping people.

Stasi Henry| Administrative Assistant
Stasi joined the full-time staff in May 2025. She handles the day-to-day office tasks, answering phones, and assisting with whatever you may need. She also manages the marketing and promotions of the camp. Prior to coming to camp she was a full-time, stay-at-home, homeschool mom. She comes to us with experience in support roles at several different Christ-centered ministries, a degree in Media Communications from Asbury College, and a heart for serving others. She is married to Micah, and has 2 boys at home.
